Good People

My best friend drove us to school today and on our way home she received a call that made he so happy. Last week her African Gray Tail bird flew away and for a week she was missing. My friend put up a sign, letting people know what the bird looks like and her contact information. She was driving and I answered the call and it was a woman who said that the nearby high school staff had an African Grey tail. So she drove to the high school and there was her bird. My friend had tear in her eyes. The bird is truly amazing and I can see why my friend was so sad. The point is that there are good people out there. The anonymous person who mailed back my wallet and now a person who held the bird and took care of it until my friends was reached. Yes the bird could have flown away or the people could have kept it, but the bird did not fly away and the woman who took care of the bird gave it back. You just have to be patient and wait until you find the good in people. We all live hectic lives and most people only care about themselves but there a a select few who go above and beyond to help others out. No need for a picture today. Just... :)
